Pinpoint Software, Inc. is a company that creates mobile apps dedicated to assisting the grocery, retail, and restaurant industries. Pinpoint currently has two apps. One, Date Check Pro which tracks expired products in grocery stores. Two, Taskle, which helps different industries manage company wide standards to all operating stores. I worked as the lead graphic designer for one year and created everything from print mailers to interface design.
First, I was able to design Pinpoint’s logo. Since it’s a company built around bringing industries into the modern world, it needed a modern logo. The pin icon subtly references the location pin which suggests that Pinpoint can find any industry problem for you, and solve it. For Date Check Pro, I designed value proposition icons, a how-to page, an infographic about expired products, the app’s interface, and much more. For Taskle, I designed the logo, the value proposition icons, the website, the desktop reports, the responsive mobile app with reports, and more.

Date Check Pro is an iPad app that manages expiration dates in grocery stores. After a one time implementation process, users are able to receive custom notifications when certain items are about to expire. Once notified, users can rotate items or put them on sale, which saves stores around $61,000 per year.
